Thirteen sessions, shaped entirely around your situation. For women who need this work to move at their own pace, in complete privacy.
The group program works because of the other women in it. For some situations, that same room is the wrong place to begin. Private coaching exists for those situations.
The same underlying framework as the group program, held privately and adapted to what is actually happening in your life.
We establish safety, begin to understand your trauma responses, and build the stabilising tools you need before deeper work is possible. Nothing here asks you to revisit anything you are not steady enough to hold. That steadiness is the whole purpose of these four sessions.
The heart of the work. Guided journaling, grief processing, boundary building and identity exploration, alongside practical exercises you can use between sessions. This is the longest arc because it is the one that cannot be rushed.
You step into your survivor identity. Visualisation, forward focused action planning, and a renewed sense of agency to design the life that comes next, entirely on your terms.
