Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using gyv.life or enrolling in any GYV Life program or service. By using this Site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms.
GYV Life LLC provides life coaching, relationship coaching, and executive coaching services, as well as Vedic astrology readings, group programs, and retreats. GYV Life is operated by Disha Prinja, ICF Level 2 Certified Master Coach. These services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or therapy. Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. All sessions must be scheduled within 12 months of purchase. Sessions are non transferable between clients.
Free monthly gathering. No payment required, subject to availability and a brief introduction call with Disha.
Pricing as posted on the Site at the time of your interest submission. Full terms provided at the time of enrollment confirmation.
Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment unless a payment plan is offered and agreed. Where a payment plan is in place, installments are charged on the schedule agreed at enrollment. Failure to complete installment payments may result in loss of access to the program.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Packages are non refundable after the first session has been completed. Prior to the first session, a full refund is available upon written request to coaching.gyvlife@gmail.com.
A full refund is available if requested in writing within 48 hours of enrollment. After 48 hours, enrollment fees are non refundable, but your space may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.
Non refundable once the class has taken place. If you are registered and unable to attend, a recording will be provided where available.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation and refund terms will be provided in full at the time of enrollment confirmation.
Disha Prinja maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information shared in one to one sessions. Information shared is not disclosed without your consent except as required by law. Please note that group programs involve other participants, and full confidentiality within a group depends on all participants honoring that agreement.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, engaging honestly with the coaching process, and completing any preparation or materials provided. Coaching outcomes depend significantly on your own participation and commitment.
All materials provided as part of GYV Life programs, including workbooks, frameworks, session recordings, and written content, are the intellectual property of Disha Prinja and GYV Life LLC. Materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
GYV Life LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
