From Betrayal to Breakthrough

A two hour coaching experience to reclaim your identity and your future after a deep violation of trust.

Length 2 hours
Format Live and online
Style Interactive
Prerequisites None

A wound, turned into a starting point.

This class blends psychology, empowerment and coaching practice into a structured two hour session that helps you reframe betrayal from something that happened to you into something you can build from. Reflective prompts, guided journaling, visualisation and affirmations move you from a victim identity toward a survivor identity, with clearer boundaries and a real sense of your own power.

This is not about reliving what happened. You will leave with insight, practical tools, and renewed agency to design what comes after.

What is a betrayal survivor?

Someone who has endured a deep violation of trust, whether in a relationship, a friendship, a family, a workplace or a community, and has kept going despite the fallout. It is less about the betrayal itself and more about what came after.

  1. Endured broken trust. Deception, abandonment or disloyalty that disrupted your sense of safety.
  2. Resilience in recovery. Working through the pain, rebuilding self worth, reclaiming agency.
  3. Growth through adversity. New insight, new boundaries, real strength, even where scars remain.
  4. Reclaiming relationships. Learning to trust again, with discernment.
  5. Identity beyond the betrayal. Refusing to let it dictate the rest of your life.

How the time is spent.

A note on grounding exercises. Breathing and grounding practices are offered throughout, and you can skip any of them. If a practice makes you feel lightheaded or more distressed rather than steadier, stop and return to normal breathing. Nothing in this class requires you to do anything that does not feel safe.

A door, not a destination.

Two hours will not resolve what happened to you and this class does not pretend otherwise. What it will do is show you what this work feels like, so you can decide whether you want to go further.
