You don't have to carry this alone.

GYV Support Groups. Real community for real moments.

Healing isn't something that happens in a 50 minute session. It happens in the in between, in the moments when someone who understands says "me too." In the spaces where you don't have to explain your experience from the beginning, because you're in a room with women who are living something similar.

GYV Support Groups are ongoing, intimate, facilitated spaces for women in specific seasons of life. Not advice. Not fixing. Presence. Witness. Community that goes somewhere real.

Each group is hosted by Disha and runs on a consistent schedule with rolling admission. Join when you're ready, leave when you're ready, come back whenever you need to.

Each group holds a specific season. You'll know the one that's yours.

After Betrayal

For women healing from the rupture of trust, in relationship, friendship, or family.

You didn't just lose a person. You lost your sense of safety, your story, maybe yourself. This group is for women in any stage of that specific kind of grief, from raw and recent to slowly putting the pieces back together.

The Rebuilding Room

For women in the middle of becoming someone they don't fully recognize yet.

Something ended. A relationship, a career, an identity you wore for years. You know the old version of you is gone, but the new one hasn't arrived. This is the space for the in between.

Healing While Parenting

For mothers doing their own inner work while raising children through hard seasons.

You are healing. You are also mothering. You are doing both at once and wondering if you're doing either well enough. This group holds that specific, layered exhaustion, and that specific, profound love.

The Neurodivergent Circle

For women with ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, or neurodivergent minds navigating life, loss, and identity.

The world wasn't built for how your brain works. Healing wasn't either. This group is designed around how neurodivergent women actually process, with more flexibility, less structure, and room to show up exactly as you are.

Grief and Loss

For women sitting with loss that has no clean name, and some that do.

Grief doesn't only look like death. It looks like a friendship that quietly ended, a future you had to release, a version of yourself you had to leave behind. This group holds all of it, without asking you to put a label on it or a timeline to it.

Starting Over

For women beginning again, at any age, after anything.

Whether you're rebuilding at 30, 45, or 60, after divorce, loss, a career change, or a season that just broke you open, starting over is a specific kind of courage. This group exists for women who are choosing it anyway.

The Becoming

For women who are done rebuilding and ready to consciously create what comes next.

You've done the work. You've healed enough to move. Now you're asking the bigger question: what do I actually want? This group is the bridge between healing and becoming, between surviving and creating a life you love.

How it works.

Ongoing, not a program

Groups run on a consistent monthly schedule, not as a cohort with a start and end date. Join when you're ready. Step back when you need to. Come back. There's no falling behind.

Small and intentional

Each group is capped at 10 to 15 women. Intimate by design. The size is what makes real sharing possible.

Facilitated by Disha

Every session is held by Disha. Not a coach she's hired, not an automated system. Real presence, every time.

Virtual, with a structure

Each 75 minute session opens with a brief grounding, moves into facilitated sharing, and closes with a short integration practice. No cameras required. Come as you are.

Rolling admission

There's no waitlist and no fixed enrollment window. When a spot is available in your group, you join. Capacity is limited to keep the space intimate.

Come when you can. Stay as long as you need.

No long term commitment. No application. No barrier to belonging.

How we hold this space together.

These agreements exist not as rules but as the conditions that make real sharing possible. Every group member agrees to them.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. Stories are not ours to carry outside.

No advice giving

We listen to understand, not to solve. Hold space without offering fixes, opinions, or guidance unless directly asked.

Right to pass

Sharing is always an invitation. "Pass" is a complete sentence and always honored without explanation.

Speak from your own experience

Use "I" language. Your truth is enough.

This is not therapy

GYV Support Groups are facilitated healing community. We honor and encourage professional mental health support alongside this, not instead of it.

If you are in crisis right now. These groups are peer community, not clinical care. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to one of these first. They are free and available around the clock.

Your group is waiting.

You've been holding this long enough on your own. There's a room full of women who understand, because they're in it too. Come find them.
